About

Hi, my name is Thomas Rudrof and I am the author and creator of this blog. Since 2010, I have been a part of the IT world. For the majority of that time, I worked on virtual infrastructure provisioning projects, mostly using VMware technology. As a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer, I am particularly focused on building platforms based on Kubernetes and the available tools in the CNCF ecosystem to deliver a first-class developer experience for DevOps teams to build, run and operate their apps in an easy, secure and efficient manner.

On this blog, you find posts about cloud native technologies, Kubernetes, automation, virtualization and related topics. I started this blog as a way to share my knowledge and experiences with others. In my daily work, I often come across valuable tips in various blogs that have saved me a lot of time (and sometimes even saved production as well ;-)). Therefore, consider this my brain dumping ground for anything I believe could be useful to others.
